Match 2 – Weston Pools – Stretton – 12th June 2022 – 14 fished (13 from league 1 guest)

This is one of our favourite venues, such a well maintained place with very helpful staff, well stocked onsite shop, good fishing and the most important part… A delicious well priced full english with thick bacon and juicy sausages.

Golden peg this week was Mark Walton, which hasn’t been won for 2 seasons, finally was won by a superb angler, catch on worm on the deck and consistantly putting fish in his net. A well deserved extra £200 for his efforts today too.

Not many big carp caught today, but alot of lovely ide and f1s for everyone. With a couple of 6-8lb carp topping a few nets.
